Limited License

Besides, you:
represent and warranty that the information and materials provided by you for the needs of this Site, do not contain any obscene, slanderous, harassing, threatening content and any other content prohibited by law, neither they contain any proprietary materials of third parties, and confirm that you are aware of the fact that REC prohibits providing such information and materials for the needs of this Site.

Chat Rooms

REC has the right, but is not obligated, to monitor or review any areas on the Site where users communicate freely with each other (chat rooms, discussion groups or other forums) and the content of such communications. However, neither REC nor any of its subsidiaries shall be liable for the content of such communications.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

REC may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any of its features, at any time. Siemens may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. REC may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Works.

Users outside of Poland and governing law

This Site is controlled by REC from its offices in the territory of Poland. REC makes no representation that Works on this Site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of Poland. Access to Works on this Site is prohibited from the countries where the Works´ contents are illegal. If you access this Site from a location outside of Poland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You must not use the Site or export the Works in violation of export laws and regulations of Poland. Any claim relating to this Agreement or its subject matter shall be governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
